"The Shenandoah Valley is a great and beautiful place to live. Growing up in The Valley has had a tremendous influence on my life and my photography. The seasons of nature and all of its nuances makes Shenandoah a perfect place for a nature photographer. When the light and color of nature is just right, one needs to be near so as to have an oppurtunity to photograph it. The many gifts that nature gives to us are sometimes fleeting moments.
